Robert De Cheddre

The Robert de Cheddre room is a bright and cosy room that is full of character and complimented by quality furnishings. It is situated on the first floor, at the front of the house and offers comfortable, relaxing accommodation to ensure a memorable stay.

This room hosts a 5’ king size bed dressed in luxurious 100% cotton bedding. A flat screen digital television, a hairdryer and free wi-fi are all included in the room. You will also find a well-stocked hospitality tray consisting of a tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled Cheddar natural spring water and biscuits- everything you need to relax and unwind. The en-suite features a walk-in shower cubicle with complimentary toiletries and high-quality towels.

Robert de Cheddre owned Hanam Manor from 1352-1384. The De Cheddre family were merchants of wealth and influence in Bristol in the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries.
