CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
Please note, we are currently only accepting bookings from the UK and Ireland.
While we’re excited to reopen our doors to you, our priority has and always will be the safety and welfare of our guests and our family.
We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and we will be complying with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 to protect our guests and ourselves.
In order to maximise protection during this time, the following measures will be implemented during your stay:
Hand hygiene– there will be hand sanitiser available upon entry which we will ask you to use
Social distancing- guests will be required to remain socially distanced from those who are not in their booking party, keeping a 2m distance where possible
Breakfast- as things have changed, we will now be serving our cooked breakfast in the dining room but at a pre-arranged time and from your order taken the night before. However, if you prefer, a continental breakfast can be served on a butler’s tray and left outside your room each morning.
Housekeeping- all daily room services have been suspended until further notice. Fresh towels will however be left outside your room upon request.
Cleaning- high traffic areas (stairs, hallways, door handles) will be cleaned and disinfected more frequently. Where possible, we will leave 24 hours between stays and each room will be thoroughly sanitised.
Check out- We will ask you to please leave your key in your bedroom door when checking out. Payment will need to be made 72 hours prior to your arrival. We will not be accepting cash at the property.
Before visiting Hanam Manor, we ask that you read the following-
Do you have any new symptoms of sickness or influenza-like illness? This includes nasal congestion, shortness of breath, sore throat, headache
Do you have a temperature over 37.8C?
Do you have a new continuous cough?
Have you or others in your household been in close contact with anyone showing any of the above symptoms in the last 7 days or anyone who has test positive for coronavirus in the last 14 days?
If you answer yes to any of the above, we kindly ask you contact us as soon as possible to re-book your stay.
We will be continuously reviewing our procedures against government guidelines and will do our utmost to ensure your stay with us is relaxing and enjoyable while still remaining safe.
